The Rose Garden Apartments was constructed in 1963 and consists of two separate buildings north and south. Both buildings have 3 levels with elevators at the entrance to each floor and staircases at each end, and the middle of the buildings. There are 20 apartments on each level totaling 60 efficiency apartments and 60 – 1 bedroom apartments. An attractive courtyard is positioned between the two buildings. The courtyard features swings, barbeque grills, fig trees, apple trees, and a lovely rose garden. The offices for the Housing Authority of the City of North Las Vegas are located in front of the apartment complex, providing a convenient avenue for the residents to attend housing authority appointments and pay rent.

Rose Garden Recreation Hall This newly remodeled facility provides the space and atmosphere to accommodate resident activities and services of all kinds including daily coffee and doughnuts, holiday dinners, bingo, and arts & crafts. The recreation hall is furnished with a full kitchen, vending machines, big screen television and video cassette recorder, a full library, and an assortment of exercise equipment for the residents’ enjoyment and well-being.
