Women's Development
Center
Affordable Rental Program:
offers assistance to income eligible families by providing safe, decent,
sanitary rental housing.
Transitional
Housing Program: is designed to
assist homeless single senior women with housing, case management, daily
living skills counseling, educational opportunities, and support
services.
SAFAH Link Program:
assists homeless families and single women
with financial assistance to move into permanent housing. Each
applicant must be a successful graduate of a transitional housing program or
an emergency shelter. They must also be employed for 30 days or have a
stable income.

Project Home helps prevent homelessness by providing rental assistance;
transitional housing and other resources needed to help clients achieve
self-sufficiency. The Affordable Housing
offers rentals 30% below market for
households who are at the 60% or below AMI (area median income) for Clark
County. Their market includes families with children, seniors and the
mentally challenged |
